Daisy Van Cauwenbergh Miss Globe

38 year old Daisy Van Cauwenbergh won the Miss Globe contest in Palm Springs, California, a beauty contest for married women.
It was the first time that a Miss Belgium (1988) had taken part in the contest. For this contest, a product was needed that would represent Belgium in America in an exceptional manner. For this purpose, Daisy consulted Peter Stevens, creator of Poème du Chocolat. In close cooperation with Peter, the former Miss Belgium prepared Poème du Chocolat pralines. This, without a doubt, contributed to her triumph in America as Miss Globe.
